Terms of Service

By accessing or using Covana (“Covana”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) — including joining the waitlist, purchasing a Founding Member spot, or otherwise interacting with our platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Covana is currently in pre-launch (beta) stage. The platform and its features are under active development. This means:

• Features, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
• The matching service is not yet live — waitlist members will be notified when matching opens in their city.
• We make no guarantee of a specific launch date or the availability of a match in any particular city.

We will do our best to keep you informed of material changes via email.

The Founding Member fee ($49 one-time) grants you priority access and perks when Covana launches, as described on our website at the time of purchase.

Non-refundable policy: The Founding Member fee is non-refundable. Because the fee is tied to a limited number of founding spots (100 total), claiming your spot prevents others from doing so. In recognition of this, if you are not satisfied with the service when Covana launches, we will issue a full service credit equal to your purchase amount, redeemable against Covana's future paid services.

By completing the Founding Member purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

To use Covana, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate, truthful information when joining the waitlist or completing any profile.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Covana is designed for solo female content creators. We reserve the right to decline or remove accounts that do not meet our community guidelines.

As a Covana user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — any profile, preference, or verification data you submit must be truthful and up to date.
• Respect other members — treat fellow creators with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will result in removal from the platform.
• Keep account credentials secure — you are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• Not misuse the platform — you may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access Covana without permission.
• Comply with local laws — it is your responsibility to ensure your co-living arrangements comply with the laws and regulations of your destination country, including visa requirements and tenancy law.

Covana is a matching and introduction platform, not a housing provider, landlord, or tenancy agency. We:

• Facilitate introductions between compatible creators who wish to co-live abroad.
• Do not own, manage, or guarantee any co-living property.
• Are not a party to any co-living, rental, or tenancy agreement between matched members.

Any co-living arrangement entered into between matched members is solely between those members. Covana is not responsible for the outcome of any such arrangement.

All content on the Covana website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Covana and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Covana is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular match will be available.
• Covana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or co-living opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Covana in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of Covana is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of Covana after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Covana's place of incorporation.
